East Bedfordshire Chamber Choir​

The choir was formed in September 2013 as a continuation of the success of East Bedfordshire Youth Choir (conducted by Karen Beer), to give young adults a chance to continue singing after leaving the youth choir. The age range of EBCC is perhaps the widest of any local choir, as experienced singers from other local choirs have also joined to add their voices to the younger ones. The choir's aim is to provide high quality choral music to the local community, with a range of performance styles from renaissance and baroque to jazz, gospel and modern works.

 

EBCC provides experienced singers in the area an opportunity to perform in high quality concerts with limited rehearsal time. All our singers are auditioned and are expected to be good readers; many of them are soloists in our concerts.
